mikell, weather next week is supposed to be great, highs in the mid 80s. You can't go wrong with any of Turnbun1971's recommendations, I really like Shady Grove, sit outside under the trees.(great margaritas). I'll just add the Salt Lick for bubbaque, and The Oasis on Lake Travis, good margaritas and great view.

The Oasis is a beautiful place. However, the food totally sucks, so go there for drinks and eat somewhere else. Across the street from the O is Hudsons on the Bend. FANTASTIC food there!

Yep, the aquarium is a bar. My favorite restaurant in Austin is the Hula-Hut. If you sit at one of the outdoor bars and after a margarita or two, you can almost convince yourself that you are on a tropical island. (Or maybe that's just me). Mozart's, a great coffee shop is next door to Hula hut, too.

Oh, and don't forget the bats. They are amazing, especially this time of year- Congress bridge at sunset.
