I think we had something like this either 1.5 or 2.5 years ago - can't remember which. I had ground water inside my house then, and Pedro's bar was semi-permanently flooded.

I guess I need to swim back out to the dock and bail some more, Still coming doen in buckets.

I sure hope I don't run into the Croc's from the lagoons on the way, I would imagine they are looking for some higher ground about now.

I think last time we had this kind of rain was in 2008 - it was TD 16. The mainland had a horrific flood issue. Let's pray they are ok with this one.

And for the rest of us statistic/weather freaks, how many inches and hour have we been getting - somebody said it was a record and I truly believe it.

About an hour ago I gave up on the bilge and pulled my boat into 2 inches of water by the shore. Having your boat sink id dreadful. There is a lull in the rain right now - go out there an pull in the boats folks!

TD 16 started around Sept. 15, 2008 and ran through the end of October 2008. http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=45340707316

If you go here http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=IAMBERGR2

You can get historical data as far back as the weather station goes.

The rain & wind slowed down for a little while but now it picked up and is blowing and pouring rain just as hard as before.
