obtuseangler, you missed the points about LA. Anyone can look at the bad or good side of a place. It's all in the presentation and view of the beholder. Sort of like a 60 Minutes segment. I have lived in LA for 25 years and have loved it, except for some traffic issues like all major cities. As for Belize I have been there 10 times and also brought 94 of my friends there in February. Everyone loved it and most said it was the best vacation they had ever been on! Is Belize a flawless paradise? Hell no! Is it a great place to vacation? It's all in the eye of the beholder! And yes I do have a chemical imbalance...I haven't had Belikin in 2 months! AND it's REAPER not RAPER! Now go to Maui like a good tourist! cool
