Lily's is good - basic, fairly cheap, beachfront, good restaurant.

Exotic Caye would have a nice area for a wedding, more spacious grounds than PV. Both place's suites are about equal. Bz Shores is fancier than either of the above but is significantly further from town - which may be good or bad depending on what you are looking for.
