Right, BH whoops, I am showing my age. BZ dollars. I agree. Very pricy. But, keep in mind, it is very difficult and expensive to get many of the things needed to prepare this kind of a menue. There are other things besides rice, beans and chicken that one needs for this type of presentation. Speaking as one who lives here a good part of the year, it is nice having the option of another choice for dining without having to take a two hour plane ride and clear customs in order to enjoy something other than rice and beans. As one who enjoys eating, the more variety San Pedro has to offer, the better. I wish Kelly good luck in her endeaver. I plan to support her establishment. But the rice, beans and chicken salesmen have nothing to worry about. I won't be eating at Blue Water every night. Oh, and Chloe, after I am in Texas for awhile I crave something other than Tex-Mex. Fortunatly, there are other choices.
