Thanks to everyone for the updates and experiences....I am doing more homework for this trip than any other mostly because its the first trip with my new (And only!) wife and I want to get her accustomed to travel my style (Adventure, not many hotel reservations, seat of the pants stuff) of course I have mellowed it down a bit for her.

I booked a flight! BTW for anyone planning a trip I suggest going to Orbits and expedia and finding out who supplies fare THEN go to that providers web page and save 50-100 to 150$.!

The best I could find was $435-Toca-from LAX to BZE about 75$ cheeper that Orbitz! Maybe should have waited a month for last minute deals but hell..... smile
