Maybe you can call your good buddy Chavez and ask him to sell his oil cheaply to Belize....I was just there and its $5 per gallon! Better yet call Exxon in Houston and cut a deal...it's only $2.25 there!! Hey Fidel! Got any oil for cheap? Maybe you can get the Belizean government to relax the taxes on oil for awhile so the working class can get a leg up!!!!!OOOPS....another utopian dream.
