I don't know that population size has a great impact on stupidity, but it may. I know that "stupid is as stupid does" and although I'm sure there is stupid everywhere (perhaps more concentrated in certain areas), it seems a shame for people to gain anything other than experience from their own stupidity. I'm not saying that there aren't instances where other should be held accountable for mishaps, but I think you know where I'm coming from.
