I am having a nice day but I had a GREAT day on Saturday. My friend Carlos and his lovely wife Chantal were here (again) for their wedding anniversary.
Saturday morning, just as we were ready to leave for the day it starting raining - HOW NICE! It let up by 9:00 and we headed up by Caye Caulker. Perfect overcast sky - and not the kind you get a sun burn through. We hauled in many snappers of many varieties and sized. I had packed a really good lunch and we munched. About 2:00 we headed home and found a nice section of water up by Nurse Natalie's place and snorkeled for a couple of hours. The sun had come out and I now have a hot back. We found a couple of good sized conch.
Sunday we feasted in the back yard of my place up north! B-B-Q fish less than 24 hours out of the water! You can't beat that with a stick.
