I do remember Keith. It was an October storm, not an August storm. Major difference.

If you will do a quick check you will find that not a single hurricane (save for one tropical storm named Chantal) has ever hit Belize in the month of August as long as hurricane records have been kept.

Big difference between August storms and October storms. But I can possibly understand the panic situation after the experience of Keith.
