Welcoming suggestions or criticism is a far cry from acting on them. None of the issues we had have been acted on. The management, that you say is so committed to the customers, will not even answer their emails. Needless to say, BYC, Casino Belize, Island Club Resorts, or whatever name you are using for your "activities" will never see any more of our money. And anyone that asks us about Belize and AC are told about your "business practices". The only service that you care
about providing is "cleaning" the money out of the customer's pocket.
