Bucky, I just can't stand to listen to any more people say that prop 8 is about 'the definition of marriage'. Being in support of stripping people of a right that they already had, and that has literally ZERO effect on your life whatsoever, tells quite a bit about a person's makeup. Admit it for what it is, a prejudiced attitude against homosexuals and their fight for equality. You can spin it any way you want, but anyone who knows anything knows that prop 8 was not about maintaining Webster's definition of the word 'marriage', so much as it was to show homosexuals that the majority of Californians (and people from other states who supported it) unfortunately still see them as something other than equal to straight people, behind the shield of 'the definition of marriage'. Sad. Not to mention how surprising it is to me to see people standing up and proudly supporting what amounts to prejudiced agenda. Very, very sad. To me it's the same as someone standing on the street corner with a KKK sign. Unbelievable.
