Villa Del Mar is located just north of Mata Chica Resort and south of Playa Blanca Villa. About 5 miles north of San Pedro Town.

Casa Tortuga is located in the Holiday Lands area of town about 2 miles south. Just south of Victoria House Hotel and north of Tara Del Sol condos.

Both homes are lovely.
