Skippy: My guess is that the flyfishing "community" in the States will buy into this just like they did the catch and release on tarpon, bonefish and permit. The latter was heralded as an achievement no less significant that the creation of marine reserves, and sold by the outfitters as just another example of how environmentally conscious and progressive Belize is.
