Go to the list, and at the bottom left Edit this page

Click on File> export this page>xls

Save it as an Excel or Open Office file, and you can then leave it in alphabetical order, or resort like I have by dates either arriving or leaving.

It's rarely rocket science, it's usually just math: then again if you can't do the math.......
