Please explain how to email the completed membership form and to what email address.

Membership is vital for us to have a voice that the community leaders will listen to. If you havent had a chance to come to one of the meetings or forgot to sign a membership form or have a friend who wants to join please copy and paste this form, fill it out and either drop it off at the Hol Chan or Seaduced office or fax it to 226-3601.
But I bet you can also scan it and email.
