So you are saying that the charge should have been $90 BZ and they wrote up and charged your credit card $180 Bz? Just wondering.

Although credit card slips and receipts may be charged on a US $ credit card the charges are made in Belize dollars. The charge at your bank in the US will convert the local Belize dollar charge into US dollars which are billed on your statement.

Maybe you think they are charging you $90US because you have a US $ credit card when in fact the dollar amount signifies Belizean dollars. This is a common misunderstanding.
