I know what you are saying makes some sense travelinman1 - however I must say that in my opinion monitoring and logging the patrol of a private security outfit is acceptable, but monitoring the government police is not.

The police have a job to do and they know how to do it. With a new police contingent on the caye perhaps folks might try and be appreciative and supportive of these fine people - an oppresive atmosphere will breed contempt. Team work is the caye. The NHW can work in conjunction with the police and they can support each other.
