Just checked with the local police.
any open blade knife is NOT allowed to be carried.
A folding blade knife must not have a blade more than 3" long, but you must be able to show reason for carrying it, ie. work fishing ect. They said that it is the officers choice to arrest or not when finding someone carrying a knife.

Best advice is, if you are coming to A/C to live, leave your knives at home....Rambo's not welcome here..
