Not trying to hijack this topic. I really, really hope this sicko is caught. Perhaps the northside should also extra vigilant about breakins. Could this individual have a purpose in mind for poisoning family pets and guard dogs inside yards? Just a thought, but you might see some burglaries start in the area.
