Yes SDN is a very expensive service, similar to what the Oil Companies use.

For many years we have provided Starband, Idirect and also HughesNet service throughout Belize, Mexico and Central America (mostly Hughesnet). Sometime later this year we are supposed to have the capability of providing a newer HughesNet service that will carry High-quality Voice/Voip.
