other than the weight & battery difference (and perhaps a mild amount of coolness factor), i was just curious as to the advantages of an ipad over my netbook?

i mean, u cant put the ipad in your pocket, right? so if i'm already carrying a backpack for it, what makes it worthy over a netbook? also, our AT&T phone web doesnt work when traveling - does the ipad? (not trying to be a smart-a$$, just curious)
