Ok Gaz...will attempt not to offend....

Linda and Patrick took over the restaurant only...not the bar...they got suckered by the owner to pay alot of money (lease wise) as the owner told them they would get the bar if they paid the money and started the restaurant....however he also told us the same....long story short, they paid alot and the laws of Belize state that you cannot just kick someone out of their livelihood without sufficient notice...I believe that Linda and Patrick took the owner at face value...oops.....they did not do their due diligence....and at the end of the day, they will be the ones who pay for it. And truly I feel sorry for them because this is classic of the owner....he has done this to more people because he is a bully and feeds on the weak.
