Yes, it was olive-drab and skimming along the shoreline over the water north of the bridge coming from the south. The large side door was opened but did not see anyone inside. I saw it heading north and within a few minutes returned south so couldn't have gotten much farther north than the Mata Chica area. It was at about 100 feet, would have easily snagged a kite surfers sail.
