The shooting number is probably accurate but it is mainly confined to areas in Belize City where people have no hope and see no future other than survival of the fittest.

30% of the cocaine may PASS by Belize City but I doubt that it comes through Belize City. There are too few land routes to get it into Mexico and they are all choke points. Because of crackdowns along the coast the traffic is moving further out into the Caribbean and they are making more busts out there. Guat has a much more porous border with Mexico.

Some of what I saw in the videos reads as very real but then again the taxi driver who bragged about jacking the Columbians comes off as a braggart. If he really did that and sat there bragging about it on film I highly doubt he is alive now.
