To me, Pork is the other white meat. I love it! As good as chicken or fish. I also truly love fresh fish. I must admit that sometimes, I truly miss the fresh or frozen fish selection available in many countries but unfortunately not Belize. I also hate grouper! To me, it is a nasty tasting fish.
