Back to te original worm question... Ive been told by friends that as a preventive maintenance here in San Pedro to take the "anti-worm" medicine evey 6 months. You can get parasites here and not even know it until they are full blown.
Now onto the the sand flea.mosquito recommendation, I cant wear bug spray, it makesme sick, so I use lavendar essential oil mixed with neutrogena body oil. Most essential oils are natural insect repellants. My mom gives garlic tablets to her dog to keep the ticks and fleas off. I woud assume it would work for humans too. I've noticed that mosquitos gather at the corners of the porch roof. I spray nightly (but dont inhale the shelltox) and kill hundreds of them. I also have a black and a white gecko living in my apartment andthey eat mosquitos (and are supposed to be lucky too)
