TO SPTB: I do't "well know" any such thing. Why is asking questions uncalled for and why don't you answer them?
I have had a number of conversations with the PAST DEPUTY MAYOR who will tell me nothing except "We have the right to go on any easment or any road any time and do what ever we feel needs to be done." Nothing more - nothing less. He is a broken record.
How I am supposed to know that the equipment being used belongs to the town? How am I supposed to know that the men doing the work are employees of the town?
The PAST Deputy Mayor has displayed an attitude that is very disrespectful. I'm so sorry that his behavior reflects poorly on the mayor and all the good work he has done.
I have tried being a watchdog for three off my neighbors who are not on the island. There is a 4th one I am very reluctant to notify as when he was here this winter he was adamant that he and his siblings were dedicated to keeping their beach front lot pristine. Two days ago I discovered that the bulldozer has scrapped 1/2 of his lot. This and the adjacent, lot which are separated by the dead end easement, are both private property. I'm not sure of how many loads of fill were removed from these two properties.
PAST deputy Mayor - you have never explained this to me. Do you understand that the word transparency means visible. Your plans have not been visible.
