I'm sorry to hear folks are having land- gov. issues...

back home, its becoming an all too common practice for developers to sell ocean front land or condos/ apartments (for top $$$) only to have the local gov. turn around and issue a permit for the reclamation of the "sea acreage" of what used to be your ocean view.

Whoever said that buying land is the best investment, "because they just don't make it anymore", obviously has never lived in Panama! wink
