The problem is simple economics. When the U.S.A. gets a cold we, here in Belize, get pneumonia. The tourists season is slower than usual and that translates into a greenback shortage. It happens every year but rarely in Jan. or Feb.
Why don't some of those OSB's everyone brags about having money in shake loose some low interest loans like the U.S. Government has?
