Enforcement was and continues to be a big deal with the croc feeding. You can educate all you want, but when times are hard and there are economic benefits to exploitation, enforcement is absolutely necessary. I believe that the South Neighbourhood Watch patrol had a huge impact with enforcement in the crocodile issue down there.
