My wife and I live in Utah.
We just bought a building lot on Caye Caulker and would like to move there in 2016 and retire and live there full time.
Can anyone recommend a good builder? we are looking for a typical island style of home, wood frame off the ground about 8 feet. simple.
any help is appreciated?
also what is the process and time involved to get electric and water put on the property to meter? Electric and water are to the homes on the road we will live on.
Also my wife asks "what do folks do for a Christmas Tree on the island"? Here of course we drive up into the mountains and cut down a pine tree.
