It will sink again. None of these people qualified to pour my driveway, let alone highways, roads and landing strips. All UDP ras, we pay for it. One can only assume Min Heredia is benefiting from this scam as well as at the Municipal airstrip, where that road is now sinking. Lone dumb ras.
