BWS informs customers that, due to the recent spike in COVID infections, effective Monday November 30, 2020, Customer Service visits at all branches will be restricted to senior citizens or by appointment only. Customers are encouraged to access our services remotely via telephone, WhatsApp messages, email or social media requests.
Our cashier services continue to be available country-wide; however, we encourage customers to utilize the online banking portals to make payments and to avoid long lines. This will help in mitigating COVID-19 risks.
BWS apologizes for any inconvenience these changes may cause. But let's all do our part to stop the spread of this deadly pandemic. Please wear your masks properly, maintain social distance, wash or sanitize hands regularly and follow all other safety protocols.
