It's official, Chetumal and Merida are reunited via an aerial connection. From this Monday the route between these beautiful cities is officially opened.

The first flight of Aeromar Airlines arrived Tuesday afternoon. With this connection unique opportunities open to boost the economic, tourist, cultural and social growth of the capital of Quintana Roo.

The flights are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with a flight duration of 1 hour and 10 minutes.

They are airplanes with a capacity of 72 passengers and a promotional fee from $799 pesos on a single trip including the Airport Use Charge (TUA), as well as hand luggage of up to 10 kilos.

According to the route, the aircraft leave Crescencio Rejón de Merida Airport, Yucatán, at 12 pm with 50 minutes and arrive at Chetumal International Airport at 2 pm with 10 minutes.

Departures from Chetumal International Airport to Merida will be at 2pm with 50 minutes and the flight to Merida will arrive at 4pm.
