As an addition

Belize is a great place however obviously due to the downturn in the ecomomy as a result of 911 things have been quiet the past year however speaking for myself things have really started to happen over the past 8 weeks.

There are many hotels for sale in Belize and they are not cheap most have around 50-60% occupancy and when you consider the price it does not make viable sense.

I have been here for 12 years and I personally am seeing a big surge in exposure for Belize more airlines adding it as a destination and I personally think Belize is going to grow tremedously over the next 5-10 years and I cant think of a better place to have a hotel than here but remember LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION is the Key
