I went to "IT" just to try the burger. I ordered mine medium well - not well done. I think almost anyplace where you order a well done you will get a dry piece of meat. I always order extra mayo and a generous slice of raw onion on my burger. I liked the taste of the bun and the lettuce was crisp. I was impressed with the flavor of the meat and will go back
But of course, "To each his own."
