Spent a week last April at Belizean Shores, you will love it. As for fishing I used Severo Guerrero, servero@btl.net had a great time, he picked us up right at the BS dock. I also waded on my own about 100 yards north of the dock and got a couple of Barracuda. We even carried BS's kayak out back behind the restaurant and fished the lagoon, again hooking a few Barracuda, but I highly suggest going out with a guide, it's well worth it.
