just got back from a weekend in San Pedro and eat at the famous Caramba! no 15% S,C was charged to eat there for 3 nights.

I drove a rental golf cart around the Island and always see at the restaurant full full full when other places are empty and complaining is slow. by far this is the hottest place in downtown very obvios no comparision. I Been coming to the Island for past 10 years and Elvi's was was was the place, now things have dramaticaly changes new names are sounding Caramba! Bluewater grill,Casa Piccaso. It hard to believe that someone could used the board for just mention or say about the Service charged at Caramba!,far as I known the owner was right there all nights that I eat at the restaurant, which you could easily complain at him direct, yes your are right is not mandatory to pay S/C. you could refuse to pay easy as that,I thinks your mistake was to ask for the manager which I think he will be more than happy to make the changes.

I get to manage AND contact the Caramba! management AND FIND OUT ABOUT THE S/C ISSUE AND THEY INFORM ME THAT INDEED THIS WAS ONLY ONE OF THE WAITER THAT WAS APPLYING THIS THE HIS TABLE AND THE OWNER JUST FOUND OUT AND IMEDIATLY FIRED THIS NEW WAITER THIS GUY WAS THE NEWEST IN THE JOB, ALSO THE OWNER INFORM ME THAT HE WILL LOVE to REFUND BOTH OF OF YOU!
