I am just curious to know why those of you who want the bridge want it. ?? I am neutral, so I am not saying it is good or bad. I just don't really think it is needed. The handpull ferry is 24 hr/day and takes 1 min to cross. biked today and crossed it.

Why does this topic bring so much junk, and not enough facts. I an beginning to think, this is a just fun topic and no one has time to find out any real truths, does anyone care.
Do you all live outside Belize, and just want to make conversation.
Does someone have any conections to find out what really is happening.

We're all back to nice and I do not want to incite a backlash.... After reading your last post, I wanted to let you know that I can appreciate what you said and how you said it. Sometimes people's behavior is so outrageous that it defies description in polite or commonly accepted language. Your harshest critics may well have used the same language had they been in the situation.

well capt jeff has some just in side scoop info ...a buddy of mine has just put a bid to do the install of the e-z pass speed lane computer ,so you do not have to stop to pay toll . So all can see they are making progress.. also down to two lanes in each direction instead of three as planned .. should be any day now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
