There are two Peace Corps in San Pedro, Stacy and Brian, that work with Greenreef, the library, the Ambergris Chamber of Commerce and other projects.
I have recently worked with several on the mainland that work with CARE Belize and habitat. They are still very active in Belize.

and I met a few others a half year ago.

and BTW, Belize is still listed on the Peace Corp website as an active country for service.

Kic, are you sure about that. I know of at least2 people that will change their plans.
