Ok - just got back (trip report soon, I promise), but here are our kids' (ages 7, 5 and 2) picks:

pizza from anywhere; chicken strips from El Patio or the Reef (trust me, we tried them all, and these won hands down!); fish strips from Celi's; pasta with butter and cheese from Elvi's; banana smoothies from Caramba (also lots of choices for food). So, it looks like I'm seconding most of the above suggestions!

Also, our kids did not like the hamburgers from any of the restaurants, so if they don't like them once, don't be like us and let them keep ordering them, hoping the hamburgers will get better! Also, most restaurants are willing to make a quesadilla if you ask nicely!

P.S. Peter did not frighten the kids either. They actually paid no attention to him and headed straight for his lovable dog!

Oh, yes, El Divino's burger was HUGE, waaaaay too big for a child! Didn't try the Tackle Box, but will put it on the list for next time!

Cakelee - I'm with your kids on this one...sorry, but any burger from a menonite cow is going to have that odd taste...and if you're not used to it then it can be an unpleasant experience. Oh, and let's hear it for the lovable dog!!!
