Hey Debbie, I have to agree with you there........YAWN.......this board certainly is sloooooooow lately!!! Okay starting a new topic called "Good Jokes" let's see if we can wake up a few of the regulars and maybe find a couple new ones!

The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a nativity scene in
Washington, D.C. this Christmas. This isn't for any religious reason. They
simply have not been able to find three wise men and a virgin in the
Nation's capitol. There was no problem however finding enough Asses to fill
the stable. LOL
Any others???????

LOL...Debbie, that's great! I've missed all the antics in here too. I don't have a joke, but I had a funny experience the other night. I was in Staples buying office supplies and found myself on the post-it-note aisle. I suddenly had a flashback to the cut-and-paste conversation on the board a couple months ago. I was laughing so hard I had tears running down my face, and I had to leave the store!

Here's a Laugh - This sounds like it could be one of the regulars!

The Cuckoo Clock


The other night I was invited out for a night with "the boys".
I told my wife that I would be home by midnight promise!
Well, the hours passed and the beer was going down way too easy.
At around 2:30am, drunk as a skunk, I headed for home.


Just as I got in the door, the cuckoo clock in the hall started up
and cuckooed 3 times. Quickly, I realized she'd probably wake up, so I
cuckooed another 9 times. I was really proud of myself, having a quick witty
solution, even when smashed, to escape a possible conflict.


The next morning my wife asked me what time I got in, and I told
her twelve o'clock. She didn't seem disturbed at all.
Whew! Got away with that one!


She then told me that we needed a new cuckoo clock.
When I asked her why, she said "Well, last night our clock cuckooed
three times, then said "oh sh*t," cuckooed 4 more times, cleared
its throat, cuckooed another 3 times, giggled, cuckooed twice more,
and then farted."

Belize it!

that was a good one-we still checkin often, but have been none stop since the storm and our trip...did you hear about the guy who went to the doctor and all he had on for clothing was plastic wrap , the doctor took one glance at him and said, "well son, i can see your nuts!"anyhow, i just left my good friends mothers funeral, she wrote a beautiful poem...will post it later. going to Wal-Mart to get pictures of us on AC in Nov., everyone gets pictures of us for Christmas!!

Looking forward to the pics rick and Cherri. That will be a nice change as well. Jane's cheesecake pictures were quite a hit!!!!

Hi everyone: Been plottin my return to San Pedro after the Ex found someone to pick up the youngest from school. I also understand that Garcia is upset about the situation around Laguna Punta. I guess the back side is still hurting. My plan is a sleazy return covered by the dark of night, after New Years. Please do not tell the authorities. Take care.
