UPDATE: Had a meeting this morning with the TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission), unplanned, but glad it happened (at the coffee shop) we will not be able to load your personal beer aboard the boat as Pappa's has a "On Premises Lic" which means no beer can be removed from his place of business period. In order to get around this, we will load coolers at another location, take it to the boat, which is about 10 miles away, load it on there. There will be no charge for the beer you "buy" on the boat only a list of all aboard. When you get a beer out of the cooler, just make a mark by your name. When we get back to Papa's, we will settle up with each one at the rate of $2.50 per mark. I know this sounds stupid but it hasen't been that long ago that you could'nt even get away with this ! We will also have "Panty Rippers" at the rate of $3.00. Again settleing up once we are back at Papa's. Who wants this stupid job next year ????????
Remember, the boat leaves at 4:00pm SHARP, returning at 6:00 and dinner at 7:00pm ***** Band at 8:00pm. I still don't know who it is , but will today.
