Anyone who can be at Papa's around 1:00pm on Saturday..... I can use some help getting set-up. We are doing this on a bare bones, so all assistance will be appreciated. Anyone with a boom box?

Ernie, I hate to steal your thunder, but I was at BCs Beach Bar last night and have more prizes than we thought! For all of you who have not been to BCs Beach Bar & BBQ, you have NOT been to San Pedro! Charlene, being a S.P. Queen in her own right, along with husband Bruce have donated the following: A $25 bar tab.....two (2) separated certificates for their famous Sunday BBQ for two (I will attest that it is the best in all of Belize and I should know, I am originally from Memphis, the home of BBQ)....a Burrito Lunch (also the best) and a Free T-Shirt!!!! Charlene said she couldn't wait to see who would bring their certificates in (I threatened to palm one of the Sunday BBQs but she know where I live).

'Course NOT.....Bruce is a member of the SSS. Remember "Cheeseburger in Paradise"? Anyone who's spent a lot of time trying to find that cheeseburger just to be frustrated.....never fear....it's here! I went to the "IT" resturant at the Boatyard (we hold our Chamber of Commerce meetings there) today on the advice of one of the sages imbibing along with the rest of the sages that hang out at BCs (Don't ask who as I don't remember) and let me tell you it is the ONLY place for a cheeseburger in ALL of Belize!!!! No kidding and not only that and as I was sitting there licking the plate, I simply asked the owner, Mal if he'd give us a couple of certificates for the parteeeee and he said sure, so guys you're in for a treat if you get one of these certificates!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ice cold beer too (actually ice on the bottle)!!! As many of you know the Boatyard got a real hit when Keith came calling. If you haven't been back there, pleae go, it's worth even walking there for the burger. My only complaint was that the bar stool didn't have wheels so they could just roll me out and dump me in the cart! Takes to Mal at the "IT" resturant!

Whoops! That should be THANKS to Mal at the "IT" resturant! Too full to think and my fat little fingers aren't working too good!

DAAAAAMN !!!!!!! Ease up baby and park closer to the deck, they can just "Burger you in the cart" with a shoe spoon! Thank You Mal! Nothing beats a drop dead burger on "La Isla Bonita". "IT" is at the boat yard behind the air strip, just follow the signs. Thanks again Mal!
