Maybe we should have Charlene get the sign ready now for all the Texas Boarders that will be invading here places on the 15th. It should be a great afternoon. We will have to make a profound toast of some kind. Ya'll think of what it should be. Kat

I'm from northern California, not from Texas, but will be at BCs on that day. Hope to meet some new people and have a great time. Looking forward to that BBQ!

Me and Laurie will represent Sunny California for sure! I can taste that BBQ chicken already! I can wear my honorary Texas AC lovers t-shirt though - I got one sent to me by one nice lady from Denver

ChooChoo- LOL. Hmmmm. 4 yr anniversary for what? If you are referring to those blue drink thingies, it has been more recent than 4 yrs, but don't think I am brave enough to have another one (well, maybe!).
Gela: Sunny and HOT California today! About 100 degrees here in Sac.

CHOOCHOO, Now you know that we already had that big 4 year party at the end of Feb. The band that was playing at Fido's even came down and sang Pasa Getdown Dena and that other song that was apprpriate for the party. We all had a great time, hope to do it again in 4 more. Kat

Oh good, Tom/Kat - you have eased my mind because I totally missed it. I still have a question mark over my head on this one.
If you look above the rafters on the south side of BCs, you will find (in red ink - if it is still there!), the names from the infamous attendees of the 2002 Turkey Day Pub Crawl. That was also a great ole time.
This time, look for the dazed woman who probably wont be hearing too good for a day or two. Starting off the vacation the night before with the Van Halen/Sammy Hagar concert in Sacramento!

Laurie - there have been many times that I began a vacation with a rock concert the night before. I know exactly what you'll be going through (The Rolling Stones prior to several trips to Hawaii I think). Plus you are on a redeye to Dallas aren't you? You're gonna need that massage for sure.
It's not so hot here in San Jose - in the mid to high 80's and a bit cooler today.

Laurie - yes that autograph on the rafters is there and has sparked many more. Had mexican last night and the restaurant served tequila shots in half a lime that is partially scooped out. Yummy! Maybe you can start a new trend with Charlene as limes are plentiful in San Pedro and I'm sure you can find some vitamin T.
