Conservatively, 2500 locals of legal drinking age, about that many tourists...a nice, round 5000 drinks per round, let's say an average of four bucks each--that's a cool US$20,000.

Unless that's an offer for every day, maybe two rounds per day. Hmmmmmm...48 days at 40k per day--calculator comes up to just under a very chilly US$2million. Add a 15% gratuity and we're talking close to 2.25M.
