Underlings: The patron saint of the SPA-SC, our late friend Paisano, has been buried in the San Pedro Cemetary. I do not know if any plans have been made for a grave marker or an appropiate rememberance for him. I will find out if such plans have been made. If not, I think that would be a worthwhile project for those who knew and loved him. Anyway, I have thought about a memorial cement bench to be placed in the newly renovated City Park. The cost of a bench is $500US or $1000BZ and that would not be too much for me to underwrite...although I am on retirement status. I will get back with any further information. The absence of a grave marker is, to my mind, more important and I will try and find out whether a marker is on its way. Take care: Bill, Prez. for Life, SPA-SC

Deputy Mayor Guerrero told me that it is customary to install the grave marker after one year. Will continue to try and find if a marker has been attended (to). I would like to have the bench facing east out of respect for his heritage. I do think that the bench would be fitting...although I would not like to share space with commercial interest (three spaces per bench). Two benches have already appeared in the City Park...they look very classy...big enough for a small family to be together.Will also check to see if others within the community would be willing to help.

Prez, explain the three spaces.
