Hey, have any of you seen the movie "Memoirs of a Geisha"?

Chloe, is it THAT good. I was thinking on seeing it this week?

I loved the book, and it appeals to females most.

Movie missed the mark IMHO. Filmed in shadows and semi-darkness. I expected to see the beauty that was described in the book, but not.

I would not see it again for free. Amazing how such a good book, was so poorly filmed IMHO.

Recent read...The Glass Castle, unbelievable.

Chloe....I read Memoirs of a Geisha also. Good book. It's funny but generally when I do read the book I always lose interest in seeing the movie as it can never do it justice!

Last read : Teacher Man, Frank Mc Court. Good but of course no comparison to Angela's Ashes.

Watched the Movie Broken Flowers with Bill Murray last night. Anyone see that? Curious as to what everyone thought....
