(a) Alcoholic content shall be stated in the case of wines containing more than 14 percent of alcohol by volume, and, in the case of wine containing 14 percent or less of alcohol by volume, either the type designation "table" wine ("light" wine) or the alcoholic content shall be stated. Any statement of alcoholic content shall be made as prescribed in paragraph (b) of this section. (b) Alcoholic content shall be stated in terms of percentage of alcohol by volume, and not otherwise, as provided in either paragraph (b)(1) or (2) of this section:

I never said you touted alcohol-free snacks/beverages - so no error of my ways there. As for whether alcoholic is the proper adjective for content - just because you found someone else who made the same mistake... :p Okay, fine, you win on that one ... gotta cut an old guy some slack once in a while!
